Why does my 2 year old complain that he has a tummy ache?

My daughter use to do the same thing when she was hungry take notice of the last time he or she ate maybe it might be that or they may have to go to the bathroom and if you notice nothing diff. after those things I would call the doctor.

he might have to go to the bathroom or maybe it is something he ate. give him some ginger ale and if that doesn't work take him to the doctors

My daughter does this too.  It's usually when she has to take a p**p, or maybe it's just gas.

Has he had a recent bowel movement?  You should contact his pediatrician.  He may have even swallowed something that you don't know about?

Probably because it does. Take them to the doctor right away.
