  1. Browser page size is not applicable in this instance.

Your sent mail folder is often the culprit of such a message as well as other areas:

    - Go to your "Mailbox" page.

    - You will see your messages listed there. Next to each message is a box. Click on it to select the box. Above the green word "Messages" in that same section, there is a "Delete" button. Click it and it will delete the messages that you've selected. There are also a "First | < Prev | Next > | Last" links to the upper right of the section to advance to other pages if you have many messages.

    - Click on outstanding invitations (left side of page...your limit is 100) and delete them. Delete expired invitations (view the invitations and then delete them on that next screen).

    - Check your "Sent" folder and delete old messages.

If that doesn't help, then you may have a glitch on your page. NOTE: The Y!360 team is no longer addressing bug reports, as it prepares to launch a new social-networking system. See http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360 for more details. The 360 team blog is also accessible via the "Yahoo! 360 News" link in the upper right corner of your 360 space.

  2. you have to delete your sent messages when that reaches 500 your message box will appear full

  3. Maybe its the size of your browser page. You can alter it by holding down Ctrl and pressing '+' or '-'.

    Hope this helps
