does you car have a sunroof ?

if you do there is some pipes by the windshield posts that you can see when the sunroof is open usually this clogg and when it rains the water has no where to go you can blow some air thru them and clean them up. if you don't have a sunroof than the drains on the cowl are clooged cowl is where your w/shield wipers are.
