Why does my DSL internet always cut off when there is thunder or lightning?

It's very annoying, I do alot of legal work from my home and the internet is crucial

  1. Same with watching sky tv.


  2. Usually interference on the phone line. There's nothing you can do about it.

  3. The signal is routed over phone lines, many of which use overhead cables.
