Why does my Husband........?

Want me to dress more "sporty"? We have been married for only 5 months( been together 41/2 Years). I usually dress very classy, Conservative, Heels, Skirts, & I also Like to wear jeans and a T-shirt. But Lately he has been asking me to wear Tennis Shoes, workout clothes, those little running jackets! What's the deal? Does he just want a change?He is not asking me to workout, run, or exercise, He just wants me to look like I do! LOL - If it matters we have 2 small children.:)

Probably because you normally dress conservatively...he wants you to have the more relaxed look, not so prudish...he's probably turned on by it.

Maybe he thinks you look s**y in those clothes.  Ask him why he likes them so much.  Be happy he pays attention to you!  Maybe he he is worried that you think you always have to spend hours in front of the mirror everyday to look good enough for him.  Maybe he just wants you to relax since you have already impressed him enough to marry you.

Guys are attracted to many different styles...maybe he thinks you're just as s**y without being dressed up, so he wants to see you dressed down at times.  Seriously, I'd come out and ask him why.  He loves you no matter how you dress...I think that's s**y.

Have you asked your husband? Many people forget that communication is key. If you don't know why he does something ... ask him why he does it. Simple as that!

Maybe he's turned on by it? I DO exercise regularly but I do notice my BF likes it when I am in workout clothes and sweaty (he exercises as well).

Maybe he is trying to give you a hint to exercise? Why not? It's good for you in so many ways and will allow you to be a super active Mom and a fun Mom instead of a tired mom...not being mean, you could be in better shape than me :) Just an idea and I always push exercise onto people because I know the benefits and know how good it feels (after of course, no while...lol)

Having kids are not an issue.  He wants to fantasize about you in a different light.  Honestly, what will it hurt?  You may have fun wearing his favorite team's jersey on with no panties underneath!  Have fun and be that fantasy girl that your husband wants.  In all what we do to keep our marriages hot, have fun.  All you have to worry about is when he ask you to do things that are against your moral fabric.  Be happy that he's not wanting you to be "someone else" instead of you in a different outfit.  Don't make an issue of it, you will ruin a wet dream of his.  Just do it and ask him to sport something s**y for you and watch him blush.

Girls look hot in those sports outfits and he seems to like that look. Why not make him happy and they're comfortable to wear for you, so it's a win/win situation. He gets a hot wife in workout clothes and you get to wear something more comfortable than jeans.

Honestly, sweetie, it's just your guy being a guy. He probably saw a really attractive women wearing exercise clothing and though " Hey, my wife would probably look just as hot, if not hotter". That's it. I'm sure he loves you just the way you are.. Think about it, haven't you seen a really handsome man in particular outfit and you though, hmmm my hubby would look great in that. It's innocent, don't make it out to be more then what it is.

Plus, work out clothes are very comfortable... maybe he wants you to be more comfortable.

He probably isn't wanting you to change the person that you are, just the clothes. Have you asked him why he has a sudden change, in the way you dress?

PS. It is comfortable running after 2 small children wearing tennis shoes and workout clothes.
