It can happen at any time. (eg: surfing the net, checking email, playing games) Firstly the mouse will freeze or can't click on anything, then will reboot itself. I have had it to a repairer and they stated may have been over heating or a possibly the power supply. They have thoroughly cleaned it and sent back to me, but it is still doing the same thing. It is driving me nuts, any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!

  1. You should look for the asnwer in Windows Event Viewer. Run it by clicking Start-->Run...-->eventvwr.exe. There you can see what's the problem.

    10. Use a registry cleaner such as CCleaner.

    11. The computer tends to reboot itself when its hardware can't take hold of the apps and games that the computer is running. In terms of gaming, for example, you need to have a better video card, better proccessor, better memory. So you have to have the right hardware for your computing needs.
