Why does my Sanyo digital tv turn its self off?

Occasionally for no rhymn or reason it will just turn off. It is a digital tv that needs no digital box like for analog tv. Has anyone else had this problem? Any help would be appreciated.

I've heard of TVs turning themselves off if they overheat, like flat panel plasmas, they usually have a fan because of heat issues. If you do have such a set, make sure all heat vents or holes are free, and the TV can cool itself.
