Why does my Superbit dvd picture stutter, and has no audio?

I recently purchased Leon on DVD. I played it on every DVD player in the house, and it either has no audio, or the picture stutters.

Its a superbit, so do I need a new DVD player?

No, some DVD's just had problems playing, it is actually a mastering issue.  Take the disc back to where you bought and ask them to replace it with another copy.

yes you might depends on the format ot the DVD players some are up conversions and some are Blue Ray.  If it does it on all players then it could be a blue ray disc.
