it kinda feels like i need to crack it, only it wont crack or anything like that....if i put any pressure on it, or use it for anything it hurts like a b*tch...i didnt do anything in specific, this comes and goes a lot, it will hur tfor 2 weeks, then ill get two weeks off and then my shoulder will hurt on the same arm, and then ill get two weeks off and my wrist will hurt. my shoulder is the same kind of pain too....if i lift my arm or anythign like that it hurts A LOT...
what could it be?
and for now, how do i fix it??
