If I sign buyer`s agreement, can I still buy house from another agent (if the house will be listed with him/her)?

Can an agent have multiple buyer`s agreements?

Do I have to pay upfront?

Thanks!

  1. 1.  You won't get an agent willing to work for you without a contract guaranteeing them their commission.

    2.  You are required to disclose if you are working with another agent...at that point, no other agent will work with you b/c it's a violation of our ethics.

    3.  You should not have to pay anything up front.

It sounds like you want an agent to help find you a house and then cut them out of the deal....agents are sharp and can spot freeloaders a mile away.

You won't get someone to work with you without a contract.

    That's the way it is.
