i just started working out in the morning again with some weights at my cousins house when i get up.i felt soar the next day, but after doing it again, the next morning, my arm( its like the middle of the V of your whole arm, opposite side of the elbow) has been feeling some pain, it hurts more then a sore, but when i fully extend my arms out or move it, i can feel the pain. what is wrong? what can i get to make the pain away?
