Question:

Why does my arm twitch?

I have had a twitching upper arm since I got up and the spasm is about 4-6 inches below my left shoulder. My left shoulder is prone to partial/complete dislocation and I just wondered if the two may be linked, or if there may be another underlying cause?

  1. Probably because you touch yourself at night.

  2. Usually when you have a twitching muscle it is because a nerve has gotten cought in the muscle, I sometimes get a twitching eye because a nerve is caught, if it is painless and more just annoying there is no need to worry but if it is painful and the pain keeps up over the next few days you would probably go to the Dr and get it checked out if it is bothering you   good luck

Look specifically for magnesium, potassium and calcium in the above website. Your muscles need to be strong yet they should relax when you need them too.
