I have torrett's syndrome, out of concern of passing it one to my child I took her to a neurologist. Tests are scheduled, but it takes so long to get her into the hospital(she's set 2 months from now for an MRI to out rule seizures. She bobs her head much like I did at youth, but if she as TS, i'm not concerned, she'll have something I didn't have...support. But she does something that worries me, when she wakes up she's shaking much like an alcoholic does after a hangover. It worries me, not sure if the blood work/MRI will reveal this problem...but just in case, i'd like to see if it's a common thing among children. BTW, she's nearly 14 months old. She's everything to me, so I can't help but worry. Has anybody ever faces this issue?

  1. No, I never experienced this with my daughters..unless of course they had a nightmare or something. You're a good mom though, for checking into this and getting medical advice. Best of luck to you!
