Why does my back hurt SO bad!....?

wow well my back as been hurting for 3 days now and it hurt ....last week but why I'm 13 in....14 days and ive already had my growth spurt and period I'm 5"7 so why dose my back hurt?

Im not sure to say exactly of what may be wrong other than an everyday back pain.... But I do know that since you said you had a growth spurt, maybe your body is just getting used to it.
