  1. it could be a number of reasons. birds are in breeding season right now and this is a sign of affection. he also like shiny things. this would explain the window. if the sun catches hairs on your arm or makes a glare on wood he will peck at it. He could also just be playing with you. Birds are very unique creatures that love to be active. You should take it as a compliment that he trusts you enought to play with your arm or what ever he is pecking at. :]

  2. its normal maybe he love to do that cuz he love u to much or he love to peck stuff

  3. Hes curious

  4. That sounds funny! Do you mean that he knocks on things with the top of his beak? I had a cockatiel who would do that, just like a woodpecker. She'd sit in the bottom of her cage and pound away on the bottom grill. I'd come into the room, notice she wasn't on her perch, and think "where's the bird?" and then I'd hear her start thunk-thunk-thunking away. She'd been doing it since long before I got her and nobody could ever explain why, not even our vet; it was just this funny personality quirk. Male cockatiels do something a little different; they'll make this quick rapping noise, by rotating their head forward and back really fast so that both the top and tip of the beak hits the object they're rapping on. They only seem interested in doing this to things that produce a satisfying noise, though, which I doubt your legs and arms would.
