  1. Buddy, it might be a problem with the wrist monitor. Wrist monitors are not always reliable...

    even I have one, It works fine otherwise, but I have been unable to measure my father's BP till date... Whenever I try for my father, it just goes bonkers and shows some special characters :D


  2. You must keep your wrist at the same level, with your body in the same position from measurement-to-measurement.  

    Also, if you are inhaling during the crucial point in the measurement, your device may lock in a lower measurement than if you were exhaling.   Simple respiration changes the pressure about 5 to 10 mm/hg, that is why a skilled nurse or doctor will watch your breathing while listening for the pressure pulses.  

  3. man call your doc could be hypertension or your wrist monitor is wrong

  4. Because you do not do exercise or yoga or pranayama. Just  get up early in the morning do jogging/exercise or yoga or pranayama your blood pressure will become normal. After that you will not require any sort of wrist monitor..........
