Have a 91 Seaswirl and just recently had a new manifold put on because it stalled out on the lake. Paid a lot to get it out of the shop and now it won't run like it's supposed to. Started it up and it idled for bit, but once I put it in drive, it would bogg out and die. Now it won't even turn over. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

  1. "it won't even turn over" -- recharge the battery.

Assuming you took it to a reputable shop where they diagnosed the problem, it just needs some carb and/or timing adjustment, and your shop should be quick to do it.

Otherwise, find a better place -- those guys you used before are nothing but random parts changers.

  2. i dont know.

what has a manifold have to do with the enging stalling out??

now u gave thos guys plenty of money for th job so take it the h**l back there and tell them to fixit right. you already paid and it does not work !!
