Why does my body itch when my nose is clogged?

Question

When my nose gets clogged up and I cannot breathe good, my whole body starts itching. When my nose un-clogs, the itching stops. This is so weird to me. Are a clogged nose and itchy skin affiliated/tied-in together? Thank you.
