Why does my body keep doing this??

well...when i diet...i'll lose about 10 lbs...

but then when i stop dieting, i'll gain it all back just in a matter of days!

whyy????

  1. A diet is meant to be a life long change. Crash diets/fad diets do not work!  If you seriously don't understand why this is happening, you need to step back and look at what you are doing while you are on the "diet" and compare that to what you do after you are done "dieting."


  2. Try hitting the gyme and convert the fat into muscle- Eat Healthy(generally if you worry only about the protein intake a day- all the other vitamins and such should be taken care of~ Eat one protien per pound u weigh~ This technique is great for those just starting on a healthy eating balance) Also, the conversion factor for fat to muscle is this. . . About two pounds of fat equals one pound of muscle.

    Soo. . . not only will you loose weight, but you will look toned and s**y! Much luck ^_^
