Why does my breath ALWAYS stink?

I brush my teeth 3 times per day. I use a tongue scraper, brush, floss, and use mouth wash EVERY day and it still always stinks even right after they were brushed and everything. I even use TheraBreath. Is there a reason for this and any way to stop it? Thanks in advance :)

  1. It could be something your eating. I know foods like onions and garlic leave a foul smell that wont go away. Also, how long are your brushing your teeth for? I believe that one to two minutes is how long you should brush your teeth for. I hope I helped you some...

  2. could be your digestion, sometimes its what you eat

  3. Since your daily hygiene routine sounds perfect, try this

    1. Professional dental cleanings every 6 months, no exceptions

    2. Electric toothbrush to dislodge the particles under the gum line that can stick there, rot and smell

  4. Hello..You could brush five times a day and if you have one or a combination of four issues, no amount of brushing will solve your breath problem...(1)..If you have sever gum disease or (2) If you have a serious tooth decay problem or (3) If you have a deep seated sinus infection or (4) your have a digestive problem....Like I said, one or a combination of any of those issue can and will give you a bad breath and no amount of tooth brushing will cure it or eliminate it...Given your explanation and description of the issue  would suggest that your first stop be an ENT (Ear,Nose & Throat) doctor. If that doesn't locate the problem see a dentist and if that fails to produce the answer you need to see an Internists MD....Like any other health issue, it seldom gets better with time so see the Dr you need to ASAP...Good luck and I wish you well.
