Why does my bunnie pound her back foot?

when I try to catch her when I let her run she'll pause and once I get near her she slams her back foot and runs for it. It's really. loud too!. What does this mean ?

  1. It's a warning sound, like when a dog growls or a cat hisses. You shouldn't chase it because it just makes it more scared of you. They  make that sound to warn other rabbits that theres danger and they need to run for safety.
