Why does my capture card do this? Can i fix it?

It is an ADS Technologies video express. It is set to PAL - 60 and it shows this http://img168.imageshack.us/img168/1420/51545838fx2.png

I don't want to change it to NTSC because that is bad quality, Can anyone help?

  1. If you are in North America, use NTSC

    If you are in Europe or Asia, use PAL.

    If you are in the US and use PAL, you will have video problems because the frame rates are different between the two. This is not something you get to choose - it just is the way it is.
