  1. It shouldn't leak anytime, get it fixed.


  2. How old is your vehicle?? The best answer I can give with such limited data is that the hoses and seals are worn from age and heat and need to be replaced.

  3. your hoses are worn, the warmer the car/hoses the more the plastic/rubber separates. I've had this same problem on my CRX. It also use to do it for my hoses for my washer. Cold water wouldn't leak but warm or hot would leak all over the floor.
