Why does my cat like to pee on my sheets?

It's neutered and no longer sprays, but it literally pisses on my sheets, my other cat does not do this, it's gotten so bad that I can't let them in to my room when I am sleeping at night, it's sad cause I hear them clawing at my bedroom door wanting to come in when I wake up, but anyways anytime I forget to close the bedroom door this dumb thing will pee on my sheets, does anyone have any idea why it's choosing my sheets to pee on? why doesn't it go pee in it's own bed or something lol

It could also be a sign of crystals. I had a male cat that got crystals and one of the warning signs of it was that he started peeing in odd places. One time he peed in one of my parent's friends purse.

Take him to a vet and have him checked out he could very well be trying to tell you something.

haha my cat did that one time when i was sleeping and i woke up and i was like no! i didnt pee on the bed...oh yeah the cats were in here last night and its because for that one time i didn't have the litter box in the room.

do you  have a litter box in there because if so, they pretty much train theyre-selves and should go to pee there.

maybe it doesn't like the cat liter or something?or couldn't find the cat box.

Uhm, if sometimes you treat them bad or something, they might not like it.

My friends dog, peed on his bed cause he put a piano sheet over the dog and it couldn't get out.

Cat's do that when they're upset at you.  They'll pee on whatever smells the most like you.  Dirty laundry, bed sheets, your baseball cap, etc.  Have you done something the cat doesn't like.  Do you tease the cat too much.  Did you buy the wrong brand of cat food or litter.  Cat's are very picky and they love to let you know when they aren't happy.

That is horrible. I think your cat might be mad at you. I have a cat that used to pee in my tote bags from work. I would catch him doing it and be so mad. Try to give your cat more love and attention. Tell him that what he is doing is BAD BAD BAD. Put him on the pissed sheets and he will understand what you are saying. When they know they are displeasing you and they love you they will improve. My 15 year old cat has taken to peeing in the toilet. On her own, I didn't teach her. It's mayhem here.

If there is a scent of urine on your mattress it comes through the sheets.  It could be so faint that you do not smell it but the cat still can.  Now this place has become a territory so to speak and it will be marked repeatedly.

replace your sheets and matress there will be a smell that is attracting them. also change your washing detergent. also get him checked for any bladder infections. my sisters cat peed on everything but thats because of an infection.

also there could be an amonia smell on your sheets or a body odour that is attracting the cat. try putting a night time litter in the room for the cat.

speak to your vet about a check up as there could be an infection
