cuz u talk to her and give kisses and ur hands are in front of you she might be looking for loving when she does that just talk to her and reach over and pet her. shes letting you know shes right there for you

it could be that she feels comfortable seeing your face or their might be a certain smell on your face that she likes cats can be very mysterious its hard to tell why she does it.

That's really cute. Is your cat young? I've noticed young cats, or cats who didn't spend a lot of time with their mother's tend to do that. Also, they tend to suck on your arm or hand.
