Why does my cell phone makes 1 short beeping noise occasionally?

I bought my 1st cell phone, it's a Tracfone Motorola. It's very inexpensive, basic, and has very few features. It was working fine, but now makes one short beep when I turn it on. Sometimes it will give another short beep, but minutes later. The bars look full. I misplaced the instructions, and don't know what this beep means. Do you?

it could be because it dosent have verry good signal,or the time is just changing.

its losing signal and receiving signal when it beeps its saying it lost or recieved signal
