I have a Cricket which is a cell phone provider. The kind I of cellphone I have is a Kyocera, but it is kind of old from a few years ago and my dad had it before me. Well every time I use my phone for the internet of to talk on it,it will go dead like when 4 to 11 minutes hit and I don't understand why that happens or usually it'll just turn off. What is wrong with my phone? What can I do about it? Do I need to upgrade it or anything? I mean it's about 2 or 3 years old!
