Why does my cockatiel pace on the cage floor while looking in the mirror?

he's not hand tamed but he comes out of the cage when he wants to so he getting use to us.

He could just be trying to intimidate the other bird in the mirror. Tiels, especially in the spring/summer, get in breeding mode. Having a mirror in the cage can cause them to get territorial and sometimes mean.

i have a cocktail ,he`ll sit or stay with me all day ,but he dint like my hands ,my bird talks ,do you teach your bird ?

Maybe he thinks that he's socializing with another bird.  If he's not hand-tamed and you aren't interacting with him enough, you should consider getting another cockatiel so it can have more stimulation.
