Why does my computer auto pause vids every few seconds?

Well, EVEN WHEN I AM POSITIVE THE VIDEO HAS LOADED 100% (had to emphasize that important piece of info), it automatically pauses, but says it's still playing the vid. This happens to youtube videos, and others as well... How do I keep it from doing this? Sometimes it doesn't let me even see any of the vid before it pauses and I have to click the progress bar to keep it going for just a second or two, then it pauses again.

  1. it's due to video buffering. The bandwidth of the you internet connection is less than the bandwidth at which you tube is played

So it needs buffering from your side

If you are used a 512 kbps internet connection, upgrading your internet to 1 mbps or above will solve your problem

  2. You might want to update your flash player if you haven't already. It's free. Just click on the "Download Now" button and on the next page, you'll see the "Agree and install now" button.

After it updates, close all of your internet browsers and try watching videos again. I hope that helps, if it doesn't work then something else is causing your problem.

  3. you cant do anything about it.. possible reason is that the video ur watching itself is damaged or poor quality..

  4. The cause of your problem was because you have a slow internet connection speed. 750Kbps-1Mbps is a good enough to avoid buffering(the correct term when playing videos online). Upgrade your internet speed.Call your ISP now.
