  1. Mine does that too, and I have norton as well.

If you shut the monitor off before you leave it, it tend not to freeze.

Hope that sorta helps, not really a technical difficulty wiz xD

  2. i have these problem too, don't try to format the pc it wont work, and dont try to download another windows i tried but nothing, when i went to the official center they said its a memory hard ware problem that it get cold so fast and i asked them how much to fix they told me 600dollar,that worth more than the computer,i bought a new computer with less price.yeah i know 600dollar

  3. That happened to my computer.  I went to power options in control panel, and diabled turn off monitor time interval.

  4. You didn't mention which operating system you are running in your computer.

If it is Vista, then I think many people have an issue with the Sleep/Hibernate mode in Vista. The OS simply crashed when say put into sleep mode after being inactive for 30 mins.

It only happens after installing SP1 for most people.

You may have to check your BIOS to see whether sleep mode has been turn on.

Try to follow instructions on the second link and see whether that works for you.
