  1. You need a good anti virus. A free one is AVG and thats the best free one,

  2. probably a virus

or have u set the pc to go to standby? does it not come back on?

    do u have to reboot?

if freezing or auto rebooting what error messages do u get?

  3. YOUR PC IS CRASHING.FREEZING AND HAS ERROR BECAUSE YOU DON'T TAKE CARE OF YOUR COMPUTER'S HEALTH THAT MUCH! YOUR PC IS LOADED WITH UNNESSARY FILES! YOUR REGISTRY IS BAD.AND MAYBE YOUR PC IS SLOW! I HAVE THE PERFECT SOLUTION! GO TO SYSTEM MECHANIC 8 FREE TRIAL DOWNLOAD AND TRY IT! IT HAS 40 TOOLS! 4. Could be over heating, maybe the computer cannot cope with the new additions. Go back to what worked, or take it to a computer shop to take a look at, preferably not a big store like pcworld, but a small independant shop. Theyre cheaper and more honest, and probably know more.

  5. you need a new computer

  6. after 7 years, your registry which contains data about your PC needs checking. use free here http://registrycleanercompare.blogspot.c...

  7. Why is it on Y/A everyone instantly assumes its VIRUS!

Check inside the case first for dust on your fans and heatsinks clean it all off and try it again, if this cures it, then it was simpily overheating. Failing that

Return the PC to its original state (before you upgraded it) then keep adding one new part at a time until it starts going **** up again, replace the faulty part.

But to be honest at 7yrs the PC's seen better days, Guessing Skt A?

Probably not worth upgrading, but suppose it depends on what you use it for.

    A

  8. Maybe it needs to go to Specsavers
