  1. First, your PC is rebooting FOR a reason; to protect your components from damage. Is there a blues screen before it shuts down?

Without knowing a little more information the best I can offer is an educated guess.

It sounds like an overheating problem. Disconnect all cables from the outside of your PC, open up the case and look at the heatsink and fan on your motherboard. The heat sink can quite often get clogged up wtih dust and fluff, cleaning it should solve the problem. While you're in there make sure all your internal cables are seated nice and securely. If you're not happy doing this, you can take it to a PC repair shop, but it'll cost a lot more than the job's worth.

You can buy cans of compressed air for cleaning the internal components, personally I just blow (phnarr phnarr!) the cr*p out.

Not to dispute what warren says, but time of year has nothing to do with it, and cooling your room won't make any noticeable difference (unless you can cool your room by 20 degrees celsius or more?

Then Download Avg free scanner you computer  http://www.download.com/AVG-Anti-Virus-F...

  2. This article should help you, It talks about system crashes and how to fix it.

  3. U HAVE  A VIRUS

  4. Maybe a virus, near broken memory RAM or power supply problem.

You can try to update the Anti virus or do a full scan. If it reboot every 5 minutes, it can be troublesome rite?

BTW y can try to login to safemode......Press F8 during reboot and login to safemode.

If can login, stay about 10 min (If possible), if not reboot, u can say its a VIRUS.

U can remove it with MOST anti virus.....U can choose either AVG, AVIRA or KASPERSKY (U can get the freeware).....Don't worry.

If it also reboot, u can check the RAM.....Try to change the RAM.

Last time i also got the same problem until i change it to new module. At the 1st time, i thought it a virus but i'm wrong.

When i saw the task manager, i look at the performance and goooshhh.......i know that my RAM is not enough to support it. So i change to 2gb and until now......NO PROBLEM.

But u can also consider to the others advise.

Good luck and enjoy ur day.
