Why does my computer screen lag when i scroll down the page and how can I fix it?

It has no problem with typing and videos or anything else.

  1. Check your refresh rate for the monitor by going under Display Properties/Advanced/Monitor and make sure it is at an optimal setting.  Or update your video card driver.
