Why does my computer type slow??

It does this EVERYWHERE. Internet, documents, Java, it's ridiculous. I'll be typing, and i'lll be done. and the computer is still typing. Like a ghost is still typing what I wrote. It takes several seconds for it to come in usually. This gets really annoying. It takes forever for me to do reports, email, ect.

I also have a problem when I'm playing my games on my computer. My arrow keys are totally screwed up. I'l press it once, and it keeps going and going. I can't do anything until it stops, and like the typing, it lasts several seconds.

Can anyone help me with this? I would appreciate it SO much.

Note - Files are defragged, I have PcCillan security and I run scans every 4 hours (automatically).

Try to stop first some Windows XP Services that run in the background without you noticed. It's a long description so you can read my article about it here :
