Why does my crack burn after i work out.?

i know it sounds funny, but. after i run and i get in the shower, my crack burns. i just don't have even the slightest clue as to why it would do that.

  2. It is caused by sweat and bacteria. Make sure you use  an antibacterial soap when you wash.

  3. uhmm...it's usually because u dont clean urself properly like after u use the toilet.

  4. Maybe it's your clothes?  Try switching underwear brands, or perhaps other exercises besides running.

  5. Sweat and possibly some stool being on there.  After you shower use some Gold Bond Medicated powder.  It will sting at first but will feel better in a few minutes.  You might want to use it before a workout to absorb moisture too.

  7. if you're wearing a thong (or any undies, really), it could be the sweat (or too dry)and the underwear is rubbing the spot raw

    YES. It is an actual product. It's a bottle of white powder and it has a picture of a monkey with a red aching butt. Funny, but i'm not joking. Google it. I bet you find it.

    It's used for reducing friction, which is probably what you have.

    Or go to your doc. That isn't a good sign.

  11. chafing. when you run, sweat runs down your crack and then, the friction between the cheeks causes rawness. like almost everyone else, i suggest some sort of moisture absorbing powder.
