Why does my desktop background have 30 squares of the ...

picture (American Flag) instead of one big picture of the flag? I've looked up Properties at the Desktop and the Start button, but can't find anything that will make the desktop one big picture, instead of the many little pics of the flag. Do you know anywhere else I can look or do you know how to fix this? Thanks.

Rightclick on the desktop and go to Properties. Go to the Desktop Tab and under the "Browse" button there should be a dropdown menu that read "Tile". Open that and choose Stretch (for full size background) or centre (for 1 flag in the centre of the screen).
