please try to update your anti virus or spyware. your pc is infected by worm. try to get a norton antivirus and give it as full system scan or if not try to get nod32 for eset.com. please update your anti virus software everyday or even get an anti spyware or antivirus is you dont have one. your desktop settings will be recovered. if no back up all your important files and reformat your system and put anti virus softwares.
