Hearing audio but not seeing video is usually due to not having the correct video codec (compressor-decompressor) installed.  To find out which codec you need, download Video Inspector, here:

Its a free download, and you can use it to find out many details about the video file, including which codec is needed to play it.  You can then download the coded required here:
