Why does my direct reciever say channel not purchased on every channel? when i know we payed the bill

  1. your reciever has not updated your billing information, disconect the reciever from the mains power and leave off for about 2 minutes, reconect to the mains and you should see an update screen , the update can take up to 10 minutes, once its complete, all your channels should be available.
