Why does my dirt bike chain pop off?

I have a Honda XR 100R. Ive recently purchased a new chain. However i was riding one day and the chain came off of the teeth. I got it back on. But then it happened again soon after. How do i fix this?

make sure the sprockets are lined up . the least bit of misalignment will cause the chain to climb over and come off leave a little slack on the chain.
