Why does my dirt bike keep dieing on me? its a yamaha 50cc.?

i just bought a yamaha 50cc used. it was running good. but now it will run for like 5 min and die. before it dies it will get alot of power. then it takes forever to get it started up. anyone know what could be wrong with it,

Because it's missing pedals and has too many extra parts like pistons and a gas tank.
