When i start up my Xbox 360, everything is fine and normal. There is no disk inside the drive. I click the eject button and (sometimes) it does not open. On the screen it says 'open - closing - reading' immediately. I click on it again and then it opens... the weird thing is that it just doesn't open sometimes when i try to. It isn't a problem when there's a disk inside or anything.. Just when i want to put something in sometimes.. Also, when i play a game, for example, PDZ, i click on the guide button and then go to dashboard, there are times when my disk runs and then it suddenly goes to an abrupt halt very quickly as if it's crashing.. No scratched disks though. What can i do about this?
I TRIED EMAILING XBOX MICROSOFT BUT THEY DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS TYPING.. WTH?
