Why does my dog roll on the grass??

My dog rolls on the grass on his back, and i dont know whats the problem, does he have fleas??

Or is he just itchy??

Plus, the grass, sort of died, and became this sickly yellowish dead color, its even short and stoped growing =(

  1. hiya when dogs wee on the grass it does become yellow because of the acid in there wee!

    a trick to help stop this?? a table spoon of tomato sauce twice a week!! mixed in with there food!!

    plus dogs just like rolling about! just like my little dogs liked to roll in ...horse poo! how lovely for me to wash him!

  5. If he can't stop doing it he may have an itch but sounds like a happy dog to me. Now I gotta try the tomato sauce trick. I'm always out in the yard trying to fix the wee spots . Thanx for the tip!

  7. sometimes they like to play like that, have a good scratch, also some dogs do it if they can smell something on the ground, i haev seen wild dogs roll in a dead sheep. i guess thats why lol,

    Keep him off the grass as usual!
