Why does my dove make human laughing noises!!!

if its a ringneck dove, they all do that. its their way of calling. i have one that lives in my room. he calls all the time like that. i think its cute

My doves do that too.  It's some kind of breeding call I think.  It's a male dove I'm guessing?  Females are supposed to be silent mostly.  It can be really annoying!!  lol
