When on low, the cooler works normally. When on high, the cooler sucks water through the blower which you can feel water droplets and the floor in front of the cooler gets wet. I live in so.cal and I am in a dry climate. None of my friends have the same problem. Thanks!

  1. Adjust the settings, it's set to high.

  2. hey maybe the aspen { outer wetted pad has  worn out , try replacing  or put a damp cloth or towel over the in take.. good luckl

  3. Adjust the float. The water level is too high. That's the way it was for mine before I threw the thing out and put a REAL air conditioner in that doesnt make every day humid.
