Why does my eyeliner make my eyes look like they sink at the end?

It's kind of hard to explain, but when I put eyeliner near my water line or lash line, it always looks like my eye hangs or looks like it is sinking down at the outer corner of my eye. If you don't understand, that's okay. I was just trying to understand, and think of a solution to fix this problem. Thanks.

you need to slightly wing it out and up.

May be because your eyes are small and if you put heavy eyeliner like a think one, then may be that's why your eyes look they way they do. If your eyes aren't very small, then still put a thin layer of eyeliner so that they look normal. and also the mascara does that too i think..so put a little of everything on your eye when you are wearing eye make-up.
