Why does my factory radio in my 2007 ford fusion not power on ? At night the lights on the radio flicker.

this started after trailer hitch and lights was installed.

could be a loose wire at the back of the fuse panel were they tapped into it

I'd check the fuse box.  A fuse might be blown or loose.

its a no brainer..there is no doubt that it is a loos fuse. Take it to a fuse specialist.
