(the shoes werent tight at all nor small. I figured they would be pefect for walking.) Ladies it's those new flat shoes that are out everywhere now with the cute bow tie in front. Do not plan on walking far in them :(

  1. they are probably too small

or they could also give you enough support

  2. that means flats aren't for you my sis got a nasty toe infection from wearing flats eww

  3. You seriously need to see a doctor and ask him or her.  It could be from your feet, or your back. It could be serious, go asap.  If you are dragging your foot, with your toe turned under get to the ER now.

Herniated disks can cause this, along with pain shooting down your buttocks and to your leg.

It may be minor, maybe your shoes are too tight and cutting off circulation

but go see a doctor.  Good Luck

  4. not sure, but could be fallen arches or that the shoe somehow cuts off blood circulation.

  5. Just tap it off

    Its no big deal

listen to some blues or oldies

  6. You need arch support...

  7. Maybe they're too small and you don't know it, and they're cutting of circulation like the first answer said. Also, you may be flat footed and need orthotics (spelling?). I've had them, and though they feel odd at first they've helped me a lot. They've also helped my posture because I'm not putting as much weight on my feet. Hope this helps =) I highly suggest orthotics anyway.

  8. lack off support for your arches
