Why does my friend commonly dream of his mother, who died many years ago?

my friend keep on dreaming of his mother who died when he was little. Does his mother want to sent him a message or something?

No.  He just misses her.

You can look at it two ways.

Spiritually, she may be trying to contact him from the beyond with a very important message.

Psychologically, he may be going through something and he's terribly missing the love and attention only his mother could give him.

He needs to keep a journal of his dreams, that way he can see which on it is. Either way I hope he finds what he needs.

He misses her. Ive done that many times. The dead cant talk. They are sleeping..

Sometimes people who appear in dreams are asking for prayers. So I would suggest he pray for her and if the prayers are not needed the God will decide who will get them. no prayer is unanswered. God bless you.

He obviously had a strong bond with his mother and he still misses her very much, and his dreams are a way for him to still see her and perhaps communicate with her.

I dream of my mother because I miss her.

She was one of the loveliest people I have ever known, very dependable, very forgiving.

I was an adult when she died, so perhaps your friend not only misses her but may wish to have had her in his life much longer than he did.
