Why does my frostwire not work?!?

It says starting connection but its said that for the past ten minutes. and it says it has detected a firewall but i dont know how to get rid of it. whats wrong with it??!

sometimes after a while limewire/frostwire start to have problems with connecting etc

i and other people i know also get this after a while,what i do when this problem occurs i do this:

-delete it from my computer

-go to http://www.frostwire.com  / http://www.limewire.com

-download it again

-install it

-open it

this usually sorts it out and it will connect perfectly again.
